Refund policy

 

You can return an item provided this is done within 14 days of placing your order. To do so, please email us on info@greenman.net. If you contact us outside of these 14 days we reserve the right to refuse a refund.  

Items placed over the Christmas period (28th November-28th December 2025) can be returned until 28th January 2026. 

Please ensure that any returned items are returned in their original condition.
